On June 18, 2025, the “Conference on Innovation and Development of Intelligent Robot Operating System” organized by the open source community of Intelligent Robot Operating System (AGIROS) was held in Nanjing. With the theme of “Open Source Gathering Wisdom - Wisdom Starts a New Journey”, the conference formally released the community distribution version of AGIROS 25.06 and the commercial distribution version of AGIROS Intelligent Robot Operating System V1.0. As a benchmark enterprise in the energy refueling industry, Beilin Energy was invited to attend the event, and Mr. Wu Peng, General Manager of the Marketing Department, delivered a speech on “From unmanned refueling to the construction of intelligent refueling ecosystem” at the conference. AGIROS (Advanced General-purpose Intelligent Robot Operating System) is an open-source community of intelligent robot operating system initiated by the Institute of Software Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, aiming to promote the innovation and commercialization of intelligent robot operating system technology and commercialization of landing through the mode of “common construction, sharing, and governance”. AGIROS (Advanced General-purpose Intelligent Robot Operating System) is an open source community initiated by the Institute of Software Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, aiming to promote the technological innovation and commercialization of intelligent robot operating system through the “co-construction, sharing, and co-governance” model, and to gather the power of the global industry, academia, and research institutes. Beilin Energy Builds a New Ecosystem from Unmanned Fueling to Intelligent Fueling

In the featured speech, Mr. Wu Peng, General Manager of Marketing of Beilin Energy, shared the company's long-term strategic plan “from unmanned fueling to the construction of intelligent fueling ecosystem” with the attending guests. He focused on how to break through the five core technologies of visual recognition, oil operation, robotic arm application, safety protection and data collection, in order to realize the future application of refueling robots. Among them, the visual recognition system will focus on solving the problems of light interference and vehicle model adaptation; the oil module develops multi-oil switching technology and verifies the single-oil/multi-oil program in phases; the robotic arm technology will realize the full-process automation from opening the cap to refueling, and innovate the design of anti-loss belt; the safety system covers the three-level protection mechanism such as self-sealing of the fuel gun and the interception of intruding personnel; and the data module establishes a full-dimensional collection network covering tax control, inventory, and video monitoring. In addition, Beilin Energy has also clearly defined the implementation path of the strategic plan, including: from the single oil robot to validate the basic process and the design of the anti-loss belt, to overcome the technical bottlenecks of multi-oil switching and the old station adaptation, until the final realization of the integration of the all-in-one machine and the research and development of explosion-proof robotic arm.
